Hi, I’m Allison Duffie, and I’ve been practicing law since 2003. I’m the founder of Duffie Law, PLLC, where I focus on helping individuals, families, and businesses throughout Florida, navigate life’s legal challenges with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

My Background
I earned my law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003 and my undergraduate degree from The George Washington University in 2000. Since then, I’ve built a practice grounded in advocacy, transparency, and results.
I’ve represented clients on both sides of the courtroom, which gives me a balanced perspective and a deep understanding of how to negotiate, problem-solve, and litigate effectively.
My Aproach

I take time to truly understand my clients’ goals, explain their options in plain language, and develop strategies tailored to their needs. I’m known for being responsive, honest, and prepared—whether I’m resolving a matter quietly behind the scenes or standing up for my clients in court.

Outside the office, I’m a mom to two amazing kids and someone who strongly believes in showing up for others—whether that’s in the courtroom or in everyday life. I exercise daily to stay centered and energized, and I bring that same discipline and commitment to my work as a lawyer.
